International Business Development

When the decision was made to award our first franchise outside the United States, it was essential to develop a successful, well-prepared strategy. Our first target market was Costa Rica. We choose Stephen Toner to research and draft our international marketing strategy. Upon acceptance of the strategy by the Dan Duffy, CEO & Board of Directors, Mr. Toner proceeded to enact the strategy and identify prospective strategic partners as well as potential franchisees. International Trade Mission (Costa Rica July-August, 2009)
